No one in his right mind believes this.

So, why is it that Obama didn't deal with the problem in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, or 2014?

There is no question that ISIS is a direct result of Obama's mishandling of the situation. Not just now but all the way back to its first substantive appearance.

ISIS is a direct result of Obama's weakness. Which everyone cautioned him about to begin with.
