How can I forget what the intention is? It's completely stupid and not worthy of discussion.

All you want to do is have someone else deal with the problem, whether it be the rich Hillborough residents or the pols you want them to prod.

It's also obvious you wants the same Hillborough residents to pay for it.

I bring up the subject of utopia because of the reasons why your cockamamie scheme will fail. Every attempt at a socialist utopia in history has failed for these very reasons you fail to comprehend.
