Thank you for your astute and knowledgeable reply. One thing that concerns me is the possibility that the 2020 date will be pushed back another 5 years b/c ships are not ready or for whatever reason. This would be a killer to the PPS. I think I will go along with your analysis that the price will drop to roughly 1/2 of where it is now and sell a small portion of my shares. If indeed the price drops to that I will then buy back and hopefully get 2x the number of shares. Will see.
