Don, here is a chart of SIA annual billings 1976 to 2014. Since the data file has monthly 3 month averages, adding them up for 12 months does not give the precise annual number. The year-to-year % change varies widely, especially in the beginning. Here's the data link again. If you click it will download immediately semiconductors.org
