Over a 100 is not even close.

I dont warrant any of the following information, it is all based upon interpretations of what is located in public files. Patent Office & SEC filings & Press Releases.

According to LEXIS/NEXIS - Legal Databases....

ATCO has 4 Patents - 5,313,663 (5/17/94); 4,539,708 (9/3/85); 4,4149,178 (4/10/74); 4,093,960 (6/6/78) All by assignment.

Disclosure Reports -
Patriot (PTSC) is owned 36% by Nanotronics, 18% Norris, Elwood.
ATCO is owned 36% by Norris, Elwood
Norris Communications is owned in large part by Norris & Putnam

Patriot's shareholders risk dilution anyway, Nanotronics is shown as the assignee of the infamous "Patriot Patent #5,440,749 (8/8/95)." In exchange Helmut Falk received 10,000,000 shares of PTSC "restricted." Of which for every $500,000 worth of sales related to 5,440,749; 500,000 shares become unrestricted/released to Mr. Falk; Not only that but Mr. Falk was entitled to a 50% commission on the first license of patent #5,440,749 and and 25% commission on the second license. Thus, it appears that if PTSC were to license the chip for 100 Million dollars, Mr. Falk/?Estate? gets, $50,000,000 in commission and all 10 million shares are released to Mr. Falk/?Estate?. And Mr. Shareholder is significantly diluted and is left with $50,000,000 of $100,000,000. If the company is sold that would probably be event that would trigger, the release of the 10 Million shares to Mr. Falk/?Estate? You figure it out.

According to LEXIS/NEXIS - Patriot Scientific has no patents.

Elwood Norris shows up with 15 patents, of which the following assignments of interest have been made.
