General findings for all merchants
The LexisNexis Fraud MultiplierTM has risen for the third consecutive year, with merchants reporting that they are
paying from $3.08 for each dollar of fraud losses in 2014, up from $2.79 in 2013

Fraud was minimal in the physical retail industry with the advent of net commerce fraud creativity increased and so did dollar loss. Now when you look at the CPI it is very difficult to ascertain exactly how much consumer prices have increased or decreased. We know for sure that currency has numerically increased to cover losses.

Net commerce can be transacted by means of the bit coin. I do not know how bit coin transactions are accounted for in either our GPA or CPI

I do know that in the case of many stock market offerings the return is huge and investment money moves from one investment to another . Today it appears less risk incentive is used to increase the appetite and the return of short range profit . In contrast the long term investor in many cases is putting on running shoes.
I do know the stock market and the American Economy are not walking hand in hand. California cost of living and Mid West cost of living are not walking hand in hand either so visual statement of Calif ends up as in the clouds lie the upper echelon and on the earth lie many with the odd one sitting on top of an ant hill. (hoping to heck the ants do not bite also called strike)

In my opinion there is ever too much currency that is in circulation but not circulating. Where we are now could never of been comprehensible fifteen years ago. Budgets that don't balance can be balanced with an eternal loan - a debit is an asset until default. Dollars that are dead remain revived eternally at a lower asset valued rate courtesy of inflation and increased supply. To me our system is stressed to hell at the bottom and the top remains aloft because of floatation devices.

I know we need inflation to service our national debt but when inflation of income is basically limited to the clouds what is going to happen to the many people who do not have the wing power to get to the sky? Perhaps star wars will solve that problem increasing earth dwellers by means of shoot downs.

Corporate and Gov America keeps the tax dollars flowing. So comes the question how many tax dollars are collected by means of pay checks deductions.
Then comes the why did gov want to tax tips?
Then comes another question. Could it be certain aspects of some of our service economy participants are not beneficial to the entire nation?
