The company has 6 year inventory of wells that payback their well cost within one year at current oil prices allowing them to grow production spending 1X its annual cash flow. The balance sheet is solid at a D/CF of 1X and the stock is trading at 4.6 times 2016 cash flow which is a 1 to 2 times discount to some of its poorer quality peers.
