The problem here is that you're not even wrong. What you say is totally correct. And totally irrelevant. Yes, the water vapor in the air swamps the greenhouse effect of the CO2. But, the amount of atmospheric H2O is dependent on the amount of CO2. As Wharfie tried to point out to you, without the CO2, the H2O condenses out and things get chilly.

Atmospheric H2O doesn't increase by any other mechanism other than the temperature going up. CO2 increases by other mechanisms, with human utilizing fossil carbon being a growing component.
