Absolute and utter bullshit. So 400ppm of CO2 will absorb all of the heat that maintains 20000ppm of H2O (Likely more) in the atmosphere? If you believe this I have a bridge for sale...

I could care less if the Earth is really warming and likely would prefer it but it certainly isn't due to CO2. Look to the heavens for your answer perhaps.
