I agree with you. But everyone has their own way of looking at things and their own needs to raise funds. As long as there are folks willing to sell shares in the vicinity of 10 cents I will continue to pick up a few more to "top up" my overweight position and also lower my cost basis. Someday this ship is going to come home.
