The preponderance of bearish voices here recently makes me think we're at a sentiment low for the sector. Of course confirming news about deteriorating fundamentals could take it even lower, but I think following your fundamental guidance and buying near book/ under sales is unlikely to be a losing strategy for investors with time horizons longer than a quarter. I cna't help wondering why humans seem to feel the need to pile on to the obvious. <g> Some of these bearish themes would have been more socially valuable in September. As for selling, when the brokers are upgrading (at 2x current levels) and most people here are bullish, it would be a good time to lighten up -- beware the tendency for price movements in a sector to feedback positively into your view of its fundamental value.
