They should fire all the officers that didn't report him as well. Break the 'blue wall of silence'. Tell all the rest of the force that they'll be fired if they don't report similar incidents with their fellow officers. I don't understand why the rest of the cops there didn't try to calm him down..........I bet he's known for having a bad temper.
