Tim, thanks for the reply regarding Ike.

I think it is more the former (Mountains) than the latter. The differences between Ike and TT were all resolved and Ike has been posting after that. I think that what makes this thread so rich is that we all have different points of view, ideas and experience. I like you am not comfortable with the index puts and such (and it has cost me too) but with more exposure and imput we can add that to our tool bag.

I hope that Ike is OK-lucky you getting invited to his penthouse in one of my favorite cities.
