Frank: <<The composition of the Board of Directors remains unchanged with S3's co-founders, Dado Banatao and Ron Yara, continuing as Directors of the Company.>> These guys still don't get it. Not even "We're sorry about the revenue misstatements". Just a total abdication of responsibility. If the market rewards these people with a higher stock price, the new investors can expect the same treatment as before. They were all involved. Sad. Happy Holidays, Ken
