Michael--

The longest I've seen lettuce last was 4 weeks...

Waht would the Navy pay me for consultation in these matters? I have a genuine Ancient Lettuce Head in my own refrigerator just now: okay, the outer leaves are pretty disgusting, but there are still edible parts. And it's been tehre for at least two months, maybe more. And it ain't long-lasting iceberg, either. Leafy stuff. Iceberg? Iceberg is eternal. Like Wonder Bread.

Tubal pregnancies??? I mean, c'mon, they're pretty rare, and anyway one is supposed to abstain while onboard, no? On my my my submarine with the platinum periscope there'll be no such silliness. You'll be the captain, but Sean Connery'll be hanging around just in case.
