(Edit) The only issue you might have with the case fans connecting them to a controller would be if they don't have a 3 or 4-pin connector, In that case you would need molex adapters. Newegg has them for $4.99 but MonoPrice has them for $0.56.

I need to check if you can control the fan speed even with a controller if it only has 2 wires.
