Although this is a computer thread is there anyone who could help with a Kindle HDX.. I am tired of calling Amazon for help and having to deal with a foreign accent which I cannot understand. Frustrating..

I have lots of questions if someone there could answer them. We can do it privately if you would want to do it that way and I would not embarrass myself.
