I haven't seen data, I wonder if weed is more or less expensive where it's legal, than where it's illegal? My instincts tell me it likely more expensive (the local dealer doesn't have a lot of overhead)... and that might decrease use for teens. Unless their parents were cool and increased their allowance to offset.
