They built a wall, one wall in a communist country, not a socialist or capitalist country. Communism v. democracy is an political construct. Socialism v. capitalism is an economic construct. Your author is either stupid or obtuse. Can't believe you posted that. (And I would point out that there have been no walls built in Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, et al. They're doing quite well without walls).
