Brumar89 was exactly right. All you have to do to cause more arming of American citizens is to tell them you want to remove their guns.
One thing you said I found interesting. "just the ones afraid of Obama's Negroes" I was not aware that Obama had any negroes. How long has he been a negro owner? Owning negroes is illegal. Of course we know the law means nothing to negro owning elitist. Does he think that just because he is half white it is fine for him to have negroes.
He needs to realize that a lot of white men gave their lives to end ownership of negroes in this country.
