KLS: definitely on sale at this point. While I am not Scouser (hello wherever you are) looking at the chart it looks like a total breakdown. For the last month, the Williams percentage has been in the oversold territory but it stays down there on low-volume.

I know I said I was going to look at buying at the 3 Mark, but it seems like the downtrend could be continuing.I honestly can't say why this should be trading where it was at the beginning of 2014.
