Actually, I wasn't so sure that AQUARIUS would take the hit today.

Judging from Whyte's past decisions, it is clear that his understanding of complex software issues is limited at best. I think he is simply doing the conservative thing by going through a bit more discovery.

BTW, even if by some miracle AQUARIUS survives, I am absolutely certain that the stock will still be pulverized. The criminal case is pending, they were just successfully sued by another company, and they have massive exposure in Asia.
