GMO is now GMC - Goldminco Consolidated Mining Company still trading on the VSE. I'll have the thread name changed. David GOLDMINCO CONSOLIDATED MINING CORP. ("GMC") [formerly Goldminco Mining Corp. ("GMO")] NOTICE TYPE: Name Change and Consolidation NOTICE DATE: December 17, 1997 Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders September 5, 1997, the Company has consolidated its capital on a 4 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has also been changed from Goldminco Mining Corp. to Goldminco Consolidated Mining Corp. Effective at the opening December 22, 1997, the common shares of Goldminco Consolidated Mining Corp. will be posted and called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the common shares of Goldminco Mining Corp. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a `Venture' company.
