Since some have brought up Syrah, here's another article suggesting Syrah's management's " lack of understanding of the graphite space"

Syrah’s Balama Project Is Growing (And So Is Its Nose) By Ben Kramer-Miller

From the Article....

The Bottom LineThe short case for Syrah Resources is intact. Management has not addressed my concerns in the least. Furthermore, the recent FS announcement reflects management’s flagrant disregard for actual graphite market conditions. I don’t know what management’s justification is for releasing such absurd numbers–maybe they wanted to pad the Balama Project’s NPV/IRR given the 1/3 decline in estimated graphite prices–but I do know that the numbers are absurd, and that investors would be wise to search for opportunities in graphite companies run by people who have an acute understanding of the current market and its potential in the next 2-10 years.

Sounds like Zen, lead by AE and Dr. Chahar, fit this description perfectly.
