Thanks, that post was a big help. It's not Skype, but there's a windows setting that lowers sound volume for communications.

You might want to check this.


1. Open the Run Command
2. Enter or Type mmsys.cpl?
3. Click the Communications tab
4. Select Do Nothing
5. Save
