OT/ Re: Last week Wow, looks like PBC finally dropped the ball on their little game. There is something going on between the ADRs and the Chinese exchanges and it doesn't have much to do with fundamentals from what I can tell. If you look at the charts for QIHU and YY for example: Both additionally have 20-30% short floats here. Seems like some sort of arbitrage between the exchanges, do you know what to make of that? Re: QIHU I read the WSJ article and agree with your relisting assessment, whatever the reason for the depressed price. The operating income does appear erratic on a QoQ basis. With the Q1 #s they would come out to 300M operating for 2015 – a significant slowdown. I’m getting ROIC a touch under GOOGL and FB. What would you be expecting for a growth SaaS? I guess we can retrospeculate on the convertibles/ stagnant cash they were setting the stage for a LMBO. Sincerely, Graham
