As the originator of the "no surprises" comment, at least this time around, I will also add that when I spoke to Mills late June about revenues for the quarter he told me he would be happy if revenues were comparable to the March quarter. Apparently I'm the only person he suggested that the quarter would be less than stellar from the nature of the comments re his credibility! He said then that they were still receiving new contracts to fuel future growth. So my willingness to believe him when he says "no surprises" is that he's always been forthright with me whenever I've spoken to him.
