Re: EXCO Resources Inc. (XCO) Wilbur Ross hand picked Wilder and took his time doing it too (over a year). Nice to see he made Wilder put skin in the game (buying common shares) as well as warrants (I noticed that there are three different schedules out over three years). The warrants still are based on common shares (means dilution for current common share holders) but that's another backstop for the senior bond holders. It looks like a good partner for Wilbur. EKS
