Those are good drives, I own one for backup of my iMac (which I also run Windows 7 on). I won't buy anything but HGST drives these days, it's simply not worth the hassle to buy cheaper Seagate drives just to save a few bucks. The time I'd end up spending to replace a drive gone bad is far more costly.

I used to be a big fan of Seagate drives back in the day, when they were the most reliable brand and had good pricing (say, 15 years ago), but the Backblaze data and my personal experiences lead me to steer well away from them these days.
