This is my first visit to this thread. I'm learning things, but some
of you seem to have a much better grasp of what goes on with Island
and the MMs than I do. I'm wondering who did what (if anything) to me
with the following sale. The buy was obviously straightforward. The
sell was entered for 2500 shares at market when the bid shown by DATEK
was 1 3/8, a price that would have given me a nice one-day profit.
Most of that disappeared before my eyes. And yes, DATEK charged me
for the transaction because they moved 100 shares within the first
minute.
