My simple answer is no. However, you raise an interesting point - the assets put in Asia by others in recent times could probably be acquired or reproduced by another company more cheaply now.

My understanding is that for the order size that ACTM usually deals in (like 100 or 200 units at a time), production in Asia would not add much if anything for them. In fact, some thread I read yesterday said that with highly automated surface mount technology, you could produce just as cheaply in the US. I believe that ACT's expansion strategy will be driven more by the location of the customers it serves than by a need for low labor costs.
