"State and federal Laws are different".Thank you Ken i learned that 25 years ago in law school.My point is the class action lawyers all work together and i know they have problems with the federal judge they drew so are covering their lucrative fees they think they will earn by filing in state court.The defendants will no doubt move to consolidate the state and federal claims in one forum
