This year's ups and downs have indeed been dramatic. I guess what the market is saying is that MCRE could end up worth either 50 cents per share or $50 per share in five years. The potential for $50 is definitely there--but until the company proves it can deliver strong sustained growth, I believe the wide price swings will recur.
