Wish I could guys..

I'm trying to let BC and the company carry their own water regarding releasing information. I could call and press for information to post out here on the net.

But then again, wasn't that a major factor in falling under the Gov't scrutinizing eye in the first place?? :0)

We have less than 12 days to go and then we can all welcome in a new year and hopefully interest the mmkrs into coming back. (fingers crossed.. :0)

I understand that we all need to see official results of production and test results. I know that this company can produce diesel, as myself and others have been close enough to see the processor in limited production. I also have no reason to doubt the previously released results from last spring.

However, and not trying to be an apologist, tweaking a system built to operate at 600+gph to produce the proper flash point results when you are operating at 30% capacity (250gph)apparently requires different parameters to ensure consistent results. Swapping out pumps and redesigning cooling/heat exchange for them also effects system settings.

I look back at where we were last December and I remain positive. GRNO, in my personal experience, has one hell of a story to tell when the time is right. I know that I certainly do.

And realizing that the company has publically stated that the SEC has tentatively agreed to settle with the company with NO punitive damages denotes to me that the gov't didn't necessarily find what they first expected to find. We, as shareholders, can feel fairly confident that many of the company's problems resulted from lack of proper legal guidance.

The fact that some of the company's securities were not properly registered with S. Carolina tells me that legal counsel failed in keeping the company in compliance with securities regulations. And while many may fault BC with not maintaining proper oversight on the legal side, we all know that he has been focused on development and engineering, as well as generating customer interest. He wouldn't have needed a lawyer in the first place if he wanted to handle all aspects of the business. Right? (and this brings up the issue of possible future litigation by the company. At least I would, if my case were as strong as I sense GRNO's may be.

But I've seen the quality of legal representation that he has presently retained for the company and himself, and I'm satisfied that those problems won't crop up again. (again fingers XX.. :0)

So where do we stand??

We'll we have a processor that is fully reassembled and re-engineered and probably producing product.

We have some qualified attorneys in Washington, DC handling patent and other issues. As a resident here in the DC area, I have heard many lawyers who emphasize that patent prosecutions are best presented by lawyers located in this area. Basically, you have to get your lawyers in the patent examiners office and ensure some personal attention. I feel comfortable this is currently happening.

We currently have, what I hope is, artificial depression of the stock price due to year-end tax loss selling pressure. We have a lack of liquidity due to lack of mmkr willingness to become a dumping ground for those of us who bought at far higher prices. (Blame your Federal Gov't for this tax related selling pressure as well.. :0)

But most of all, I hope that we have a strong group of shareholders who fully understand the potential of the technology and the strength of the company's business plan. If we didn't, this company would have succumbed to the burden of the SEC investigation a LONG time ago.

I hope that what is required is a brand new year, some firm news from the company (who probably doesn't want to waste it on the stock as it currently stands), and in general some confidence that we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and the potential for some business coming in the door.

But that is just my humble opinion... :0)

Sorry if I rambled, but I thought I might share my perception of where I believe we stand at the moment.

12 days and counting...

Regards,

Ron
BTW, Did I mention that $5 million tax loss carry forward that adds additional value to the company should an attractive merger opportunity arise?? :0)
