Actually, I do. When a guy cuts you off and you "accidentally" hit the accelerator instead of the brake, does the insurance company get into a debate on whether it was really an accident or not? No. It writes a check, assuming you have the right coverage.

Of course, it is a bat shit crazy thing to do deliberately. But so is walking into a church and killing 9 people.
