Scalia is a brilliant jurist. The Court's total disregard of the plain language of the statute in Burwell and prior tortured reading of the statute as a tax clearly makes the law a creature of the Court.

The real embarrassment is your lack of class and total ignorance. If you had any sense after what you've posted here in the past you'd be too embarrassed to come back.
