CJ, while you're patting yourself on the back for making two enormous leaps in "logic," I'll just point out the following. By forcing insurance to cover the damages caused by those intentionally doing harm, you are making all the law-abiding gun owners subsidize the damages caused by the criminals. And those subsidies are going to be in the millions, which essentially imposes a prohibitive tax on firearms and voids the 2nd amendment. If you just want to ban guns, why not just say so, unless of course you're a lawyer and share a lawyer's loose interpretation of truth and honesty? Tenchusatsu
