It is true that BIG revenues may be a long ways away. We need Meters out in the market. It depends on your time horizon. Do you ever wish you would have bought MFST, IOM, or any of the other big hitters when they were trading under $2? Of course. It is all about risk/reward. I am not comparing WAVX to MFST or IOM. However, I do believe that Wave has something revolutionary!!

When I try and explain to friends and associates how Wave's relationships work, I draw this simple analogy.
Wave Meter=Parking Meter
OEM's = Municipalites or cities
Content Providers=Auto manufacturers

HOW THE REVENUE WORKS : Scan a quarter into the parking meter (this is an electronic world). The parking meter company (Wave) keeps track of all the quarters coming in thru their back office system. They take a cut, send some money to the municipality, (the OEM) and than some to the auto company (content provider) Everybody makes money on this deal.

Wave has the 'parking meters' and the municipalites (OEM'S) would love to have them so they can generate revenue. The parking meter company(WAVE) has cities (OEM'S) interested all accross the country. They all love the idea, but they are all afraid to take the first step. (elections are coming up) However, there are not many cars on the road.
So the municipalities tell Wave "get more cars on the road and we will install your parking meters. So, the parking meter company (Wave) goes to the auto companies (content providers) and say " if you can make more cars we can convince the muncipalities (OEMS) to install parking meters." This goes on for a year.

Finally, YESTERDAY 12/18/97 the parking meter company(WAVE) announces that the largest municipality/NEW YORK CITY in the country (IBM) decides that not only are they interested in installing parking meters in their city, but will assist in a joint effort to convince other cities to install parking meters!!! Seeing that New York decides on parking meters to increase revenue in the Big Apple, the city brass in Los Angeles(Compaq, Dell, HP,Gateway....take your pick) do not want to look bad,. There is an election coming up and they want to generate as much revenue as possible to keep taxes down. Now, Chicago wants a meter, than Philly, than Detroit. Suddenly every city needs and wants PARKING METERS!!! The auto companies crank out production each time a city annouces their parking meter commitment!!

People (the consumers will purchase electronic content thru a Wave Meter, given the opportunity) are going to park their cars and Wave OWNS ALL THE PARKING METERS!!!!!!!!
