And as Milton Friedman told us, we should judge these programs by their results, not by the intentions. The intentions may [MAY] have been good, but the result are a different thing.

In the case of Obamacare, it is unclear that the intentions were good, however. If one looks at the objective facts it would appear the program was designed to get voters enslaved by taxpayer funded health insurance, at which point they would be fearful of the consequences of voting against their owners.
