All good points.
I lived near the Northern Idaho/Montana border and was just out there again last week for 4 days.

It is truly magnificent country with an awesome populace.
But be aware the winters are long and brutal.

Also want to mention that the Sam's Club flyer in yesterday's mail mentions that Augason is having a sale at the Sam's web site.
