Don: It is clear you do not have your facts correct. The third quarter of 1997 saw the largest 3rd quarter demand for gold on record at 705.3 tonnes, up 6% vs Q3'96. WGC: Gold Demand Trends gold.org Demand is strong. Supply IS the problem.
