"The Yield Curve as a Predictor of U.S. Recessions" has the Fed's view on the yield curve, specifically the difference between the 10-year and 3-month rates. It's a very good article, IMO.

P.S. Is there any way that the Fed will raise rates under the current economic scenario? They better not!
