let's go back to the registration debate.

Other than the obvious past negative uses by other countries of such lists - I wonder if you've considered the expense and how it will exactly stop unregistered, stolen and illegal uses by criminals of guns?

I'm 100% certain criminals will not register their weapons, nor gangs etc. - your database can only be used to go after people before they do something. Which sort of goes against other founding legal principles of presumed innocence.

Who and how will determinations of future crimes be managed?
