I can not think of any other exit strategy where the common comes out w/ a better risk reward than the senior debt. I think you are right, it's all about the NG price long term. You can see that Ross's other big insider investment is in LNG shipper Navigator Holdings Ltd. (NVGS).



Could Ross have an ace-in-the-hole where he secures a long term LNG export contract w/ China and/or Japan using NVGS ships to deliver this NG? These contract are typically 10 years in term.

Still watching XCO, no position in either the senior debt and/or the common shares.
