This is over the line.
Say what you want about morals in business and do what you want out in the market place, but you don't lie to the Court and you don't lie to the United States of America. It's unamerican and it will get you in BIG trouble, far bigger trouble than it's worth.

I have complete confidence that Microsoft knows this. They may see the truth in their own, shall we say, unique way, but I can't imagine Microsoft would ever be so stupid as to outright lie to the Court and the United States of America.

And how dare you accuse your beloved Microsoft of behaving in this way. I thought you said they were ethical. ;)
