Bill, Thanks - re: "Try an initial tie ratio of six plus a tie ratio of two for the installed base (on yearly basis)."

Forecasting might get a little tricky however with such a large and growing percentage of initial sales going through the boxmakers. Another new factor will be the impact of the notebook Zip. I believe the tie ratio for notebook owners will be the highest of all Zip users.
