How much you want to bet the local Exxon and whatever station you go to get their gasoline from the same refinery? 10+% of CA's oil comes from AK and Exxon is one of the North Slope partners. Almost half CA's oil comes from foreign sources - top three sources are Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, and Iraq.
