Iran wants an "agreement" with the US as much as the Palestinians want an "agreement" with Israel.

Iran is stalling for time and has been for years. It's just a matter of time until Iran announces that they were "forced" by US "aggression" to develop a nuclear weapon. Not long after that we can expect a nuclear explosion in Israel.
