Hi Bob -- I was trekking around Netherlands the last 10 days. I was mudflat walking in the Wadden Sea while the solar flare impacted Earth. I don't have pictures of the flare, but I did catch this rainbow from a sandbar.




Here's a view of the sunset. I think aurora activity peaked after sunrise in Netherlands, so I did not see any aurora :( I was purposefully off the grid...always feels so good to get away from the buzzing phone & internet.



I enjoyed Amsterdam. Anne Frank's house/museum is ~8th building on left (starting from front).
