You don't post here in a vacuum and your undying support and advocacy for all abortions at all stages of pregnancy is well documented. I'll ask you straight up do you believe the State has the right to regulate medical facilities that are preforming major and potentially life threatening surgical procedures at a walk in clinic? Why shouldn't the Doctors performing the abortions have at a minimum, admitting privileges at local Hospital?
